Here’s the final entry in our Pokemon Month finale! This is Deoxys in its Speed Forme. As the name suggests, Deoxys streamlines itself even more with a slim body and legs and two different colored single tentacle arms. I think this form is my favorite of the four, mostly because it looks so dramatically different. The Defense Forme is a close second but I think it’s the switch to a mostly gray color palette and sleek edges that sell it for the Speed Forme. This was the first of the four I put together and it was a good introduction to Deoxys. The thin arms were a bit of a challenge but they ended up fusing fine. I think the body could have been closed up a bit more but other than that, it turned out fine. As I’ve mentioned before, open sections are impossible to see when the perler is up on the wall so I don’t worry about them. It’s only a big deal if it weakens a section of the piece.

So that does it for our month of mega perlers! It was a lot of work but I really enjoyed going through all the different Pokemon. As you might imagine, my wall is full of them. I’m going to be taking a bit of a break but I’ll still be uploading some new pieces as we proceed into February. I’d like to thank everyone that stopped by during the month of January!
