The Fanged Ballistics Fleet 5: Enki Carvanha

We're back again with more fun takes on the shark/fish Pokémon. Eons ago when I was in college, I watched quite a bit of Anime with my friends and roommates. One of my all time favorite series is called Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. It was a sort of mecha type action Anime that had a great storyline and an escalating level of action that was very entertaining to watch. The large enemy mechs in the series were called Gunmen and they were sort of animal/machine looking creatures that usually had faces or mouths. It's kind of hard to describe. Either way, one of the main antagonist Gunmen was called Enki, piloted by a central villain character. Enki had a white and gray main bipedal body and attacked with large blades. It got a second revision which added a throwable blade crest on its body. I decided to try and alter the regular sprite of Carvanha to resemble Enki and this is the result here. I changed the shape of its tail and the head fins to resemble the bladed crest. I also changed the eyes to resemble the face. Overall, the color scheme was pretty easy to mimic in the shades of gray with the teal and tan accents. I'm interested to see what other kinds of crossover are possible.
